Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most made-to-order items ship in 2–4 weeks. You’ll get a tracking number when it’s on its way and will arrive depending on location.

A: Yes! We prioritize ethical sourcing and all products are made without harm to animals.

Q: Can I request a custom spell oil or candle?
A: Absolutely! Please contact us with your request and we will do our best to bring your request to life. We also take bulk orders, wholesale orders and group norders for events like weddings and birthdays.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
